Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Global Visa Consultant to provide expert guidance and assistance to clients regarding visa requirements, procedures, and applications for various countries worldwide. As a key member of our team, you'll assess clients' individual circumstances and travel plans to recommend the most suitable visa options.
Job Responsibilities
Visa Application Support:
- Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed and submitted on time
- Stay updated on immigration laws and visa policies
- Client Service:
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, visa applications, and relevant documentation
- Collaboration:
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to track the status of visa applications and resolve any issues or delays
Requirements:
- Experience in visa consulting or a related field
- Strong understanding of visa requirements and procedures for various countries
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
